Acquire and manage a diversified SME (IBG4) portfolio up to specified turnover limits. Source new-to-bank asset relationships, cross-sell trade, cash, treasury and fee products, ensure timely sanction/disbursement, monitor portfolio health and covenants, maintain nil delinquencies, comply with KYC/AML and bank policies, and support branch profitability and market outreach.

Acquire new-to-bank SME clients through cold calling, networking, and partner referrals. Grow liabilities portfolios across operating accounts, term deposits, and transaction banking products while meeting sales targets. Build strong client and partner relationships, provide tailored banking solutions, support onboarding, and ensure compliance with bank policies, AML, KYC, MAS, RBI, and other regulatory requirements.

Perform credit documentation checks, monitor pre- and post-disbursal conditions, track regulatory and security items, prepare MIS and database updates, liaise with RMs, legal counsel and vendors, and improve CCU processes while managing assigned portfolio.
