Acquire and manage a diversified SME portfolio by sourcing new-to-bank asset relationships, cross-selling cash, trade, treasury and fee products, ensuring timely sanction/disbursement, monitoring performance and delinquencies, maintaining KYC/AML compliance, meeting revenue targets, collaborating with credit and operations, and building local market networks to grow profitability.

Review and check credit offer letters and security documents, monitor pre- and post-disbursal conditions, prepare and maintain MIS and databases, liaise with RMs, legal and vendors, track regulatory and collateral items, and improve credit administration processes to ensure timely facility loading and portfolio management.
