Review and check credit offer letters and security documents, monitor pre- and post-disbursal conditions, prepare and maintain MIS and databases, liaise with RMs, legal and vendors, track regulatory and collateral items, and improve credit administration processes to ensure timely facility loading and portfolio management.

Acquire New-to-Bank SME clients through prospecting, cold calling, partner relationships and networking to grow liabilities (operating accounts, term deposits, transaction banking). Manage partner pipelines, deliver high-quality client service, advise on SME banking solutions, and ensure compliant, efficient onboarding and execution of transactions (CMS, trade, FX).

Drive New-to-Bank (NTB) SME client acquisition to grow liabilities (operating accounts, term deposits, transaction banking). Identify prospects through cold calling, networks and partners; originate CMS/Trade/FX transactions; meet sales targets; manage partner relationships; provide high-quality onboarding and compliant sales activities while articulating DBS SME Banking value propositions.

Lead and grow a regional institutional sales team for DBS Digital Exchange, driving revenue, onboarding institutional clients, managing liquidity and P&L, cross-selling digital asset products (trading, custody, derivatives, security tokens), providing market intelligence, and building a sustainable regional institutional client base.

Design, build, and maintain real-time, secure distributed systems and observability UIs/APIs. Implement CI/CD, containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift), integrate observability stack (Elasticsearch/Logstash/Grafana), and apply secure coding and API security standards to ensure reliability, performance, and incident automation. Collaborate in Agile teams and explore AI to improve resiliency.

Lead customer experience and change initiatives for the Customer Centre: develop customer-obsession strategies, analyze data, facilitate design-thinking workshops, support campaigns and business reviews, drive process improvement, enable Gen AI-led quality improvements, and manage change to ensure KPI targets and successful adoption of new ways of working.

Gather and analyze business and risk user requirements; produce functional designs and specifications for market risk systems; assess impacts; create and execute test plans (UAT, regression, simulation); support BAU including data sourcing, extraction, and analysis for Market and Liquidity Risk Data Store; manage delivery timelines.

Lead pricing, execution and risk management for the bank's precious metals franchise across gold, silver and PGMs. Market-make and trade spot, forwards, swaps and futures; manage basis trading, physical gold logistics, intraday/overnight risk, and P&L. Collaborate with sales, structuring, custody, e-trading and quant teams to improve pricing, automate hedging and grow the business.

Lead financial control and planning for the Technology division: oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cost optimization, vendor/contracts, month-end close, and operational finance partnership with technology stakeholders to drive efficiency, risk management, and strategic decision support.

Manage and grow relationships with institutional investors, especially hedge funds. Support senior RMs, onboard and review fund accounts, prepare credit memos and strategy papers, collaborate with product and country teams to drive FIG growth, assess portfolio risk and improve processes, and streamline client onboarding to trade settlement.

Lead Asia credit trading focused on market making and franchise flow, actively manage risk and express market views, generate trade ideas for institutional and wealth clients, provide market commentary, grow the franchise, and partner with primary markets.
