Identify prospective partners in local markets, meet them face-to-face, explain the AdVahan partner opportunity, assist with CGC registration, collect accurate information and documents, answer basic questions, and coordinate with internal teams. The role requires regular market visits, smartphone proficiency, fluent Hindi and a local language, basic English, and independent work.

Identify and engage prospective clients through market visits, explain AdVahan offerings, generate and qualify leads, record prospect information, address basic objections, follow up consistently, and convert qualified leads into clients. The role requires face-to-face sales, local-language communication, smartphone-based data entry, and coordination with internal teams.

Leads territory expansion as a co-founder and business leader, developing growth strategies, acquiring clients, building partnerships, driving sales, negotiating deals, and achieving revenue targets. The role includes mentoring local business development teams, identifying market opportunities, representing the company at industry events, and investing in the assigned territory. Compensation is based on revenue sharing rather than a fixed salary.
