Oversees building equipment operations, preventive and scheduled maintenance, engineering reporting, staff scheduling, contractor agreements, permits, SOPs, and compliance. Leads HSSE implementation, training, safety observations, incident investigations, emergency exercises, risk controls, and safety committee participation. Ensures maintenance activities, legal requirements, inspections, and corrective actions are completed on schedule while supporting safe and efficient facility operations.
