Own and scale strategic Global Systems Integrator partnerships, including joint business plans, go-to-market execution, governance, solution development, partner enablement, compliance frameworks, and performance measurement. The role coordinates Sales, Solutions, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, and Commercial teams to increase adoption, revenue impact, and scalable partner-led delivery.

Own and grow a named book of strategic enterprise accounts across India, driving new logo acquisition and expansion. Lead full-cycle, technical enterprise sales from prospecting through negotiation and close. Build account strategies, create pipeline via outbound and inbound channels, collaborate with Sales Engineering/Product/Customer Success, navigate complex procurement/security/legal processes, and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Lead executive engagement with CTOs and VP-level engineering leaders to drive enterprise AI adoption. Shape solution direction with Field Engineers, translate customer needs into product and GTM inputs, and lead high-level technical and architectural conversations tailored to customer stacks. Serve as customer voice across cross-functional teams.

Own post-sale success for enterprise customers: drive adoption, retention, and expansion of Cursor. Lead end-to-end rollouts, engage engineering leaders, convert use cases to repeatable workflows, monitor usage, and relay product feedback to influence roadmap.

Post-sale technical role embedding with enterprise engineering teams to deploy and scale AI-native developer workflows using Cursor. Configure environments, design workflows, run enablement, debug CI/CD and integrations, lead architecture reviews, drive adoption, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to measure impact and expand usage.
