Drive and support supplier quality for North India: develop supplier processes using APQP/AIAG tools, perform supplier audits and PPAP, lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions, apply DFMEA/PFMEA, SPC, MSA and quality standards (ISO9001/IATF16949), and execute supplier performance and continuous improvement initiatives with frequent on-site supplier visits.

The Solution Engineer Senior analyzes requirements to design and document solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure performance, quality, and compliance throughout the development lifecycle.

Provide application support and systems analysis for procurement systems. Manage testing (SIT/UAT), prepare test plans and artifacts, support production issues, access management, deployments, reporting gaps, and user/role administration. Train help desk resources, document processes, and support Ariba/Ivalua and Source-to-Pay implementations and upgrades.
