Designs and maintains a centralized AI platform and agentic framework supporting secure deployment, management, and integration of AI agents. Responsibilities include building scalable agentic solutions, developing unified APIs, integrating agents into applications, optimizing cloud-native workloads, ensuring security and compliance, conducting capacity planning, mentoring engineers, and shaping the platform roadmap.

Leads QA engineering strategy, automation architecture, CI/CD adoption, quality metrics, defect reduction, and testing across multiple software portfolios. Manages distributed QA and automation teams, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development. Partners with product, engineering, and delivery stakeholders on Agile planning, release readiness, risk management, and continuous improvement. Oversees API and UI automation, cloud tooling, AI-based testing, regulated healthcare test data, and quality reporting.

Design, develop, test, review, maintain, and support software applications and components. Own features, define component architecture, contribute to product architecture, use test-driven development, and collaborate with clients post-sale on implementations. The role requires hands-on Java and SQL development, database experience, teamwork, independent execution, and the ability to learn emerging technologies.
