Partners with product, engineering, and delivery stakeholders on Agile planning, release readiness, risk management, and continuous improvement. Oversees API and UI automation, cloud tooling, AI-based testing, regulated healthcare test data, and quality reporting.

Own features, define component architecture, contribute to product architecture, use test-driven development, and collaborate with clients post-sale on implementations.
