Enable customers and prospects to use Confluent Cloud by producing code samples, guides, articles, webinars, and one-on-one technical support. Build and maintain examples integrating Kafka and Flink with AI/ML tools, collaborate with product and engineering teams, troubleshoot performance, and engage in community forums to educate and onboard users.

Lead architecture and delivery of Confluent Platform features (notably Unified Stream Manager) for hybrid/on‑prem/cloud deployments. Drive design, code, reviews, and reliability for large-scale distributed systems, mentor senior engineers, collaborate cross-org, handle high-severity production incidents, and shape long-term platform roadmap.
