I’ve grown immensely since starting my journey at Close, both personally and professionally. In addition to having the most brilliant, experienced and all around incredible mentors and leaders at Close, the company has supported my continued learning through covering workshops, courses and sessions in areas I’m interested in growing in.

I find it easy to collaborate with other teams at Close because of the many different avenues we have to communicate and how receptive other teams always are. Whether it is via Slack, Zoom meetings, email, or face to face during our in-person retreats, everyone takes a genuine interest in learning what insights can be gained from other teams.
