Supports the global Strategic Account Management team with client account administration and development activities. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationship infrastructure, coordinating internal meetings, tracking actions, managing fee and secondment information, preparing client reports and meeting materials, conducting client research, supporting client plans, and assisting with client feedback processes.

Reviews conflict-clearance requests for amended, supplementary, and new matters; researches client and counterparty relationships using internal systems and external databases; assesses compliance with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and conflicts rules; communicates with partners and fee earners; follows up to complete requests; and escalates complex matters to senior team members.

The Technical Consultant will lead and deliver innovative automation solutions using Power Platform while mentoring teams, ensuring high standards, and collaborating on complex business challenges.
