The Senior Transformation Manager leads large scale transformation projects, manages stakeholder engagement, implements change management strategies, and ensures project benefits are realized across business functions.

Apprenticeship role providing on-the-job training in bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end and year-end accounts support, audit assistance, report production, filing, and ad-hoc finance tasks. Requires collaboration with line managers and external auditors, meeting deadlines, and developing stakeholder relationships while building accounting experience.

Lead application support and DevOps activities for .NET web and Windows applications. Maintain SLAs, perform L3 troubleshooting, coordinate incident/change management, liaise with vendors and onshore teams, implement automation and process improvements, manage deployments across environments, and support ServiceNow/Remedy ticketing.
