Lead application support and DevOps activities for .NET web and Windows applications: monitor production, provide L3 troubleshooting, manage incidents/changes, coordinate vendors, automate improvements, and maintain SLAs and documentation.

You will oversee testing applications, mentor junior testers, create test plans, and improve application quality through various testing methodologies.

The Technical Consultant will lead and deliver innovative automation solutions using Power Platform while mentoring teams, ensuring high standards, and collaborating on complex business challenges.
