Edit, proofread, format and distribute clients' press releases via PR Newswire and related platforms; ensure accuracy, media assets, coding and regulatory compliance; manage client relations, log interactions, maintain quality standards, and support website and workflow systems to meet team targets.

Design, implement, and optimize in-app messaging, guided experiences, knowledge resources, and lifecycle communications to improve onboarding, adoption, engagement, and retention. Analyze user behavior and product usage, configure engagement platforms, coordinate projects with cross-functional teams, run experiments and reporting, and maintain best practices and documentation to drive measurable improvements in digital customer experiences.

Serve as primary client contact to distribute press releases, advise on content best practices and SEO, troubleshoot distribution, and align Cision products with client communication goals to drive engagement and revenue.

Lead and mentor a team delivering and supporting enterprise collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Slack, Five9). Own 24x7 operational coverage, incident/escalation management, platform governance, integrations, vendor relationships, and service improvement using ITSM/ITIL processes and Jira. Drive automation, monitoring, SLAs, reporting, and participate in migrations, consolidations, and platform modernization.

Provide administrative and operational support to global audience development and media relations teams: coordinate workflows, maintain records and media lists, prepare reports and presentations, monitor shared inboxes, track projects and campaigns, ensure data accuracy and compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to support timely delivery of team priorities.

Owner of customer onboarding and implementation: run discovery, define desired outcomes, configure platforms, train users, manage milestones and KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional handoffs to drive time-to-value and customer satisfaction.
