Own Jetpac’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms. Develop the long-term strategy, publish daily content, manage campaigns, build community engagement, identify growth opportunities, and integrate organic and paid marketing. Track KPIs, analyze performance, report insights to leadership, and collaborate with creative, performance marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen the brand across global markets.

Drive engineering delivery governance, vendor and contract management, budget and KPI reviews, process optimization, issue resolution, and resource capacity planning. Partner with Engineering, PMO, Finance, Procurement, and vendors across distributed teams to improve execution, standardize processes, track risks and renewals, and provide actionable reporting to leadership.

Lead and mentor an engineering team while defining technical roadmaps, managing hiring and resource allocation, and overseeing project delivery. Build and maintain enterprise applications using Java Spring and React, guide cross-functional requirements, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot performance issues, and provide client-facing technical leadership. The role combines hands-on software engineering with people management and strategic technical oversight.
