Design and deploy production LLM capabilities for identifier extraction and intent detection using Azure OpenAI within Kore.ai. Build evaluation datasets, measure model performance, define prompts and guardrails, connect outputs to Snowflake and ticket routing, and support testing, defect triage, tuning, monitoring, and handover documentation. Collaborate with conversation designers and explain model behavior to stakeholders while addressing PII, GDPR, and responsible AI requirements.
