Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1–3 years of desktop or IT support experience, and strong customer service skills.

Leads and develops a field sales team, sets sales strategies, manages quotas and pipelines, forecasts revenue, closes complex IT solutions deals, and oversees key client relationships. Collaborates with technical, operations, marketing, and presales teams while monitoring market trends and competitive activity. The role requires selling services such as cloud hosting, managed services, cybersecurity, data center services, and disaster recovery, with extensive travel across Delhi NCR and occasional regional travel.
