Lead India-based FP&A team to manage financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for global business units. Provide strategic analysis, build and maintain financial models, support monthly/quarterly close and earnings preparation, produce board-ready materials, partner with cross-functional teams, implement process automation, and mentor 3-5 analysts to drive performance and decision-making.

Build and own frontend features for student- and educator-facing web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL. Responsibilities include component architecture, API integration, testing, performance optimization, accessibility, security, production monitoring, and staged delivery. The engineer will also contribute to AI-powered learning experiences, shared components, observability, and backend/API changes as needed, while collaborating with Product, Design, Backend, and Content Operations.

The Senior Software Engineer will develop user-facing applications, contribute to architecture initiatives, and mentor junior developers, focusing on enhancing education technology at Chegg Skills.
