Design, build, and deploy production generative AI features, including LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and agentic systems. Develop scalable Python and cloud backend services, evaluate model accuracy and performance, optimize reliability and cost, and implement monitoring, security, and observability. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams while mentoring teammates and exploring emerging AI technologies.

Own end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise SaaS implementations from kickoff through go-live and stabilization. Lead requirements discovery, project planning, scope and change control, risk management, cross-functional engineering and QA coordination, and executive client communications. Serve as the primary client contact, translate business needs into technical requirements, manage timelines and budgets, resolve blockers, and improve delivery methodologies.

Own and architect scalable test infrastructure, establish quality strategies, optimize test suites and CI/CD performance, manage AWS-based test environments, develop reporting and testing tools, and mentor junior SDET engineers. The role requires advanced TypeScript, Playwright framework expertise, API/UI test orchestration, software design patterns, AWS, Docker, Git, reporting tools, and performance optimization experience.
