Leads BSI’s India Assurance business, with full P&L accountability, direct ownership of Sales, and dotted-line oversight of Operations. Develops and executes growth strategies, manages financial performance, builds key client and stakeholder relationships, drives cross-selling and partnerships, ensures accreditation and policy compliance, and develops a high-performing, inclusive leadership team. Represents BSI in India while supporting innovation, operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and sustainable revenue growth.

Lead and standardize payroll operations across 14 APAC countries for 1,900+ employees. Manage vendors, drive system improvements and stabilization, lead audits and controls, collaborate with HR/Finance stakeholders, and support day-to-day payroll delivery.

Lead FP&A for India: budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling. Provide analysis, market research, KPI monitoring, risk/opportunity identification, month-end reporting, and management presentations. Collaborate with APAC FP&A and stakeholders to support decision-making and improve reporting quality across ANZ countries.
