Supports global Internal and Supplier Assurance programs by coordinating with country offices and clients, managing bookings and program platforms, compiling audit data, monitoring compliance with program rules, and ensuring timely execution and submission of assurance activities. The role requires stakeholder coordination, deadline management, customer interaction, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and audit platforms.

Leads BSI’s India Assurance business, with full P&L accountability, direct ownership of Sales, and dotted-line oversight of Operations. Develops and executes growth strategies, manages financial performance, builds key client and stakeholder relationships, drives cross-selling and partnerships, ensures accreditation and policy compliance, and develops a high-performing, inclusive leadership team. Represents BSI in India while supporting innovation, operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and sustainable revenue growth.

Conduct on-site management system assessments, prepare surveillance and initial assessment reports, recommend certification decisions, lead assessment teams, coach less-experienced assessors, support client technical queries, promote BSI services, and maintain/update assessment and standards knowledge.
