The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support including onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance with employment law, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships within a global organization.

Conduct on-site management system assessments, prepare surveillance and initial assessment reports, recommend certification decisions, lead assessment teams, coach less-experienced assessors, support client technical queries, promote BSI services, and maintain/update assessment and standards knowledge.

The role involves conducting IATF 16949 audits, preparing reports, leading audit teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with automotive standards.
