The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support including onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance with employment law, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships within a global organization.

Conduct on-site management system assessments, prepare surveillance and initial assessment reports, recommend certification decisions, lead assessment teams, coach less-experienced assessors, support client technical queries, promote BSI services, and maintain/update assessment and standards knowledge.

The role involves conducting IATF 16949 audits, preparing reports, leading audit teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with automotive standards.

Provide specialist employee relations support across India: manage disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, policy implementation, training, case documentation, trend analysis, and ER process improvements while partnering with People teams and contributing to regional/global initiatives.

The Business Development Manager will develop and enhance BSI India's business footprint, focusing on sales across certification and training services. This role involves building client relationships, achieving sales budgets, and promoting BSI solutions in various sectors including IT, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Manage global food assurance schemes (e.g., RSPO): develop and maintain scheme manuals, secure accreditations/recognitions, lead training, support audits, coordinate regions, and advise Quality & Compliance and commercial teams to ensure scheme compliance.

Lead multi-regional client programs for internal and supplier assurance: manage global strategic accounts, ensure SLA compliance and KPI tracking, deliver programs on time and budget, build client relationships, support account growth, oversee auditor talent and deliverables, and provide strategic reporting and continuous improvement.
