Senior Database Engineer responsible for PostgreSQL database administration, architecture, performance tuning, security, backup and recovery, encryption, replication, failover, and clustering. The role translates business requirements into database strategies, supports infrastructure projects, improves system availability, and collaborates with stakeholders and engineering teams. Automation and configuration management experience are required, with Oracle experience preferred.

Performs risk-based internal audits across technology, business, financial, and operational processes. Evaluates control design and effectiveness, conducts walkthroughs and testing, documents evidence, prepares audit findings and reports, tracks remediation, and recommends process improvements. Partners with stakeholders to support regulatory compliance, governance, risk management, and adherence to security frameworks.

Leads the FP&A technology and analytics function, owning the technology roadmap, planning systems, reporting, data governance, integrations, automation, AI, and transformation delivery. Oversees Workday Adaptive Planning, Power BI, Snowflake, and related finance data architectures while partnering with Finance, IT, Data, Engineering, HR, and Accounting. Establishes governance, controls, adoption programs, and scalable self-service analytics, while managing and developing FP&A technology, BI, systems, and analytics teams.
