Leads end-to-end HR operations for India offices, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance processes, policy development, labor-law compliance, POSH committees, payroll vendors, and HR systems. Builds scalable HR and office processes from scratch, manages employee data and workflows in Zoho People, coordinates with facilities and IT, and partners with US-based colleagues across EST, EDT, PST, and PDT hours.

Own AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, observability, security, cost optimization, containerization, backup and disaster recovery. Lead incident response, create operational documentation, and mentor engineers on monitoring and operational practices. The role requires architectural decision-making, reliable deployments, cloud cost management, and collaboration with distributed engineering teams working across U.S. time zones.

Own product security end to end, including vulnerability identification and remediation, secure SDLC practices, SOC 2 compliance, incident response, access controls, data protection, security tooling, vendor assessments, and audit readiness. Partner directly with engineering teams, review production code, strengthen security culture, communicate risk to leadership and external stakeholders, and support evolving compliance requirements such as ISO 27001.
