Designs and improves digital products for farmers, field teams, supply-chain partners, and internal users. Responsibilities include user research, usability testing, information architecture, prototyping, workflow simplification, product collaboration, and ownership of a scalable design system. The role also evaluates accessibility and consistency, uses AI and automation in design processes, and works with engineers to deliver intuitive, multilingual product experiences.

Plan and execute functional, regression, API, integration, performance, and exploratory testing across web and mobile products. Establish quality lifecycle frameworks, release workflows, quality gates, and test traceability. Build automated test coverage and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines. Apply AI-assisted QA workflows, manage defect lifecycles, engage users in challenging operating environments, and collaborate with agile engineering teams to improve product reliability.

Build and operate production-grade data infrastructure, including lakehouse architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, data marts, migrations, and governed data products. The role uses Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Databricks, Spark, Python, and SQL to support reporting, traceability, compliance, impact measurement, and AI/ML use cases. Responsibilities also include data quality, metadata, lineage, security, access controls, CI/CD, and platform optimization across complex international systems.
