Coordinates and monitors child protection program implementation across state teams and partner institutions. Responsibilities include tracking targets, compiling MIS reports, documenting achievements and success stories, coordinating with universities, government departments, faith leaders, and training institutions, following up on certificates and pending cases, and supporting fundraising outreach. The role also requires field travel, stakeholder communication, issue escalation, and regular reporting to the National Coordinator.

Leads the Interfaith Leaders Program to build relationships with faith and interfaith networks, coordinate dialogues, campaigns, workshops, and advocacy initiatives, and mobilize communities to prevent child marriage and child exploitation. Responsibilities include program planning and implementation, stakeholder and partnership development, content creation, facilitation, monitoring, documentation, reporting, and representing the organization with government, NGOs, religious institutions, and civil society partners.

Lead and execute end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, HR operations, compliance, employee relations, learning and development, HR reporting/analytics, and compensation administration to foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace aligned with organizational safeguarding and mission.
