Leads the Interfaith Leaders Program to build relationships with faith and interfaith networks, coordinate dialogues, campaigns, workshops, and advocacy initiatives, and mobilize communities to prevent child marriage and child exploitation. Responsibilities include program planning and implementation, stakeholder and partnership development, content creation, facilitation, monitoring, documentation, reporting, and representing the organization with government, NGOs, religious institutions, and civil society partners.

Lead and execute end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, HR operations, compliance, employee relations, learning and development, HR reporting/analytics, and compensation administration to foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace aligned with organizational safeguarding and mission.

Lead strategic design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of multi-location child protection programmes. Ensure program quality, donor compliance, resource mobilisation, partnerships, MEL systems, budget oversight, and high-performing team leadership to achieve organisational impact.
