Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, specialized, and business-critical roles across technology, product, data, security, and corporate functions in India. Build proactive talent pipelines, provide market intelligence, advise hiring leaders, manage candidate assessments and offers, improve recruiting analytics and processes, and coach recruiters on sourcing and stakeholder management.

Manages one to two software engineering teams delivering platform and application solutions. Responsibilities include hiring, career development, Agile delivery, roadmap execution, technical problem-solving, process improvement, team metrics, code reviews, technical debt reduction, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires hands-on Java or Python development, front-end expertise, AWS experience, understanding of LLMs and Agentic AI, and strong knowledge of software development, architecture, data modeling, and concurrent project delivery.

Provides developer-grade technical support for customer and internal application issues. Investigates code, APIs, authentication, databases, logs, telemetry, cloud components, and distributed systems to reproduce defects and identify root causes. Partners with Engineering, Product, QA, and customers to resolve issues, creates technical escalations and documentation, supports releases and production incidents, improves diagnostic tooling, and mentors junior support engineers. The role emphasizes code comprehension, debugging, integration troubleshooting, and production investigation rather than feature development.
