Runs country engagements from qualification through financeable requests, maintains pipeline and milestone schedules, prepares funder reporting, and coordinates government delegations and technical exchanges. Develops country dossiers, concept notes, and proposals; manages in-country consultants; and writes decision briefs for government and funder audiences. The role requires international development, digital government, or programme management experience, technical literacy in digital public infrastructure and data systems, and substantial work with governments outside India.

Coordinate AI and digital transformation programmes by maintaining plans and decision records, preparing government counterpart meetings, drafting funder reports, organizing field visits and training, compiling programme data, and managing documentation. The role requires independent execution, clear writing, government and field comfort, Hindi proficiency, and 30% travel to NRLM states.

Own a workstream on a national rural digital platform, from defining use cases and functional specifications through engineering delivery, field testing, rollout, training, and adoption tracking. Collaborate with government counterparts, self-help groups, community workers, and block staff to gather requirements and resolve issues. Prepare acceptance criteria, test delivered functionality, report adoption honestly, and provide actionable updates to senior leadership. One workstream focuses on member-facing applications; the other covers financial systems, bookkeeping, and credit linkage.
