Owns end-to-end visual design across publications, reports, presentations, digital assets, websites, social media, video, motion graphics, and branded collateral. The role maintains brand guidelines and design systems, translates complex research into clear visual narratives, integrates AI-powered creative tools, mentors junior designers, and manages multiple concurrent projects while ensuring quality and deadlines.

Lead AI opportunity discovery, prioritize use cases, design AI-enabled product strategies and implementation roadmaps. Translate operational challenges into feasible AI solutions, assess data readiness, define high-level architectures, build ROI models, develop governance for responsible AI, and drive stakeholder engagement and field-based implementation (50–80% travel).

Leads data architecture, measurement design, monitoring, dashboards, validation, reconciliation, privacy, access control, lineage, and executive reporting for public-sector AI engagements. Establishes reusable architectures and indicator frameworks, ensures systems remain trustworthy after launch, and mentors analysts. Requires substantial data engineering or analytics experience, government programme exposure, production SQL and Python, cloud platform ownership, and the ability to defend metrics with senior decision-makers.

Operate the organisation's execution system: build and maintain master trackers, manage meetings and action items, prepare event briefs, coordinate cross-functional work and vendors, implement AI/no-code automations, and maintain documentation to ensure priorities and decisions are visible and completed on time.

Manage subcontract and teaming agreements, develop and monitor proposal and project budgets, track contract deliverables and performance, support project operations and compliance, liaise between consulting, finance and business development, and ensure donor regulation adherence for donor-funded projects.

Manage bookkeeping, monthly closures, statutory and audit compliance, MIS and budgeting, cross‑country transactions, contract vetting, tax and labour compliance, support bids/pricing, mentor juniors, and improve finance processes for grants/contracts and group entities.

Own finance and statutory compliance for TolaData GmbH from India. Coordinate with German advisors (Steuerberater, tax consultants, payroll provider, Notar). Manage monthly close, reconciliations, cashflow, payroll compliance, statutory filings, audit support, and alignment with global finance. Maintain CET overlap and ensure deadlines and regulatory obligations are met.

Lead and grow Athena's Agriculture, Climate & Livelihoods portfolio across India and Sub-Saharan Africa. Own strategic and financial performance, team building (≈12 staff), government and partner engagement, business development, and integration of AI, data platforms, and digital public infrastructure into advisory and implementation work.

Design, build, and own end-to-end web application modules across backend, frontend, and infrastructure. Integrate LLM-powered features (RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering), ensure code quality with tests and CI/CD, optimize performance and databases, participate in architecture and client discussions, and mentor peers while driving reliable delivery and technical vision.

Lead India growth for APLYD AI: build and manage senior government and funder relationships, scope AI opportunities, produce quick technically honest concept notes, close paid mandates, and align delivery for deployable public-sector AI solutions. Provide limited support to other markets and contribute to practice playbooks.

Lead technical execution across client engagements: author RFP responses, architect solutions, write and review code, debug production issues, integrate AI features, manage CI/CD and infrastructure, run sprints, hire and mentor engineers, and own client-facing technical communication through delivery and handover.

Lead India business unit strategy and growth: win and manage client accounts, oversee project delivery and finances, supervise and mentor teams, support business development, design market strategies, and engage stakeholders across government, donors, and private sector.
