Leads an integrated data, AI, analytics, and product engineering organization. Owns strategy, roadmaps, architecture, technical standards, production service levels, AI governance, client relationships, budgets, hiring, and organizational growth. Directs delivery of data platforms, dashboards, machine learning models, generative AI solutions, and full-stack applications while ensuring measurable business value, operational stability, responsible AI practices, and strong stakeholder governance.

Develops, tests, debugs, and supports software systems and tools. Provides application and end-user support, integrates third-party components, performs root cause analysis, resolves software incidents, reviews code, creates test documentation, and collaborates with stakeholders. Participates in on-call support and assists with system administration and monitoring activities.

Build and configure ServiceNow capabilities across ITSM, HAM, SAM, and CMDB. Develop workflows, scripts, integrations, data models, and user experiences; maintain ATF coverage; manage releases and documentation; and ensure solutions follow platform guardrails and favor maintainable, out-of-the-box functionality. Collaborate with process advisors, platform leadership, operations, and asset management stakeholders.
