Develop and maintain project SHE/HSE plans, ensure statutory compliance, conduct site safety inspections, audits and risk assessments, identify excavation/confined space/lifting/traffic hazards, enforce PPE and safe practices, monitor contractor compliance, lead disaster management and emergency response planning, coordinate reporting and emergency response.

Oversee project planning, cost control, budget monitoring, and resource management. Ensure timely reporting and stakeholder communication while managing contracts and variations.
