The role includes architecting ASP.NET MVC and React applications, REST services, microservices, event-driven systems, and enterprise integrations, with on-call responsibilities and a focus on development efficiency and AI tooling.

Manages customer success programs for contact center and BPO clients, overseeing vendor compliance, implementation, KPI performance, reporting, budgets, escalations, and improvement plans. Builds client relationships, facilitates meetings, monitors program trends, resolves issues, and supports vendors in achieving performance goals. Requires at least five years of contact center or BPO operations management experience, strong quality assurance and analytical skills, vendor management knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft applications.

Designs and maintains scalable automated testing frameworks across enterprise applications. Responsibilities include UI, API, integration, performance, security, CI/CD, cloud-native, Salesforce, Python, .NET, and web application testing. The role establishes quality standards, automated quality gates, test data practices, defect investigations, quality metrics, and continuous improvement while mentoring junior QA resources.
