Manages the Project Management and Workforce Planning enterprise applications portfolio, overseeing application support, maintenance, performance, security, upgrades, incident resolution, integrations, and continuous improvement. Leads software implementation projects, coordinates with business and technology stakeholders, manages vendors and internal teams, and ensures solutions meet organizational standards for security, privacy, quality, and service delivery.

Leads functional solution design, configuration, testing, support, and continuous improvement for enterprise applications, particularly Oracle Cloud ERP and workforce planning systems. Partners with product owners, business process leaders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver standardized solutions, manage quarterly Oracle updates, conduct fit-gap analysis, oversee functional testing, and ensure projects meet scope, budget, quality, and global business requirements.

Lead BIM strategy, quality, coordination, and lifecycle development for electrical substation projects. Develop and supervise BIM processes, execution plans, and 3D, 4D, and 5D models; validate construction models; support project teams with model information and visualizations; drive automation; and mentor BIM modellers. Requires extensive electrical substation and UK project experience, strong proficiency in BIM platforms and design software, and excellent collaboration and communication skills.
