Manages testing, release, and environment processes for Oracle Cloud technology changes. Responsibilities include coordinating test cycles, enforcing quality gates, orchestrating deployments, maintaining stable test environments, managing refreshes and data availability, and implementing standardized test management frameworks, tooling, automation, and governance across global teams and vendors.

Provides production support for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services, web applications, databases, middleware, and integrations. Responsibilities include triaging and resolving incidents, diagnosing authentication and system issues, escalating tickets, conducting root cause analysis, supporting release and change management, maintaining SLAs, and identifying automation and process improvement opportunities. The role collaborates with global integration teams, business users, and cross-functional support groups.

Leads and supports mechanical design for water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pumping stations, conveyance, drainage, and flood protection systems. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, develops technical solutions, manages design delivery, engages clients, ensures compliance with quality and safety standards, and mentors junior staff. Produces and reviews designs, specifications, drawings, BIM models, calculations, and technical reports throughout project lifecycles.
