Deliver Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, Windows Server, and identity migration projects across multiple client tenants. Execute discovery, pilots, cutovers, rollback planning, post-migration support, cloud infrastructure deployment, endpoint management, security configuration, automation, documentation, and service-desk handoff. The role requires client communication, multi-client or MSP experience, PowerShell scripting, after-hours cutovers, and strong hands-on expertise across Microsoft cloud and hybrid environments.

Build production-grade agentic AI systems that reason, search, and execute workflows. Develop RAG pipelines, AI agents, semantic search layers, data processing solutions, dimensional data models, and scalable AI workloads. Work with structured and unstructured data, LLMs, vector databases, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and ML observability. Responsibilities include fine-tuning models, prompt engineering, optimizing context windows, and deploying reliable AI applications.

Supports project planning, scheduling, execution, documentation, meetings, status reporting, risk tracking, milestone management, budget tracking, procurement coordination, and timesheet administration. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, maintains project dashboards and trackers, follows up on action items, and ensures compliance with PMO standards to support timely, in-scope delivery.
