Own the day-to-day operation and optimization of Anovia’s outbound marketing engine. Responsibilities include HubSpot administration, CRM governance, email deliverability, campaign and nurture copy, paid media monitoring, multi-channel reporting, funnel attribution, data targeting, vendor coordination, brand and web governance, and LinkedIn outbound coordination. The role partners with Sales leadership, supports users, manages marketing technology and spend, and delivers recurring performance reports in a remote environment.

Build production-grade agentic AI systems that reason, search, and execute workflows. Develop RAG pipelines, AI agents, semantic search layers, data processing solutions, dimensional data models, and scalable AI workloads. Work with structured and unstructured data, LLMs, vector databases, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and ML observability. Responsibilities include fine-tuning models, prompt engineering, optimizing context windows, and deploying reliable AI applications.

Senior customer-facing Solutions Architect leading pre-sales discovery, design, and technical win strategy for networking, cybersecurity, SASE, Zero Trust, cloud, and managed services. Owns solution designs, BOMs, SOWs, executive briefings, and recurrent managed services business cases while mentoring junior staff and partnering with vendors to drive revenue and client retention.

Provide Level 3 escalation and expert technical support for enterprise IT infrastructure across multi-client data centre environments. Design, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize Windows Server, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V/NSX), storage, backups, Active Directory, and hybrid Azure/Microsoft 365 systems. Standardize configurations, document SOPs, automate provisioning and patching, collaborate with network/security teams, mentor junior engineers, and lead Tiger Team projects.

Provide voice and email technical support, manage incidents according to ITIL processes, and troubleshoot various hardware and software issues.

Senior System Administrator responds to technical support requests via phone/email/chat, troubleshoots desktops, servers, network printing, Exchange/Office365, Active Directory, backups, SAN/NAS, SQL and Intune; performs move/add/change tasks, resolves escalations, trains users, and collaborates cross-functionally. Participates in on-call rotation and occasional after-hours work.

Manage medium and large customer renewals end-to-end, maintain Salesforce opportunity queue and documentation, generate renewal contracts/SOWs, verify asset and pricing accuracy, coordinate cross-functional teams, liaise with manufacturers for pricing, support collections and accounting on invoicing/credits, attend customer calls, and meet sales and KPI targets.
