Build and operate reliable AWS-based SaaS platforms through observability, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, container and serverless operations, incident response, security controls, and self-healing systems. The role owns services end to end, improves SLOs and incident metrics, maintains Terraform and GitHub Actions automation, participates in 24/7 on-call, and mentors engineers while applying governed AI-assisted engineering practices.

Own end-to-end development of modules across Amtech’s AWS-hosted .NET/C# Cloud API and legacy 4D ERP platform. Design RESTful APIs, integrate AWS services, resolve complex business-logic issues, improve testing and reliability, maintain data integrity, participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews, and mentor junior engineers. The role requires independent technical judgment across modern and legacy enterprise systems, with opportunities to use AI-assisted development tools.

Provide in-person IT support for the Bengaluru office while managing enterprise infrastructure, endpoints, identity, networking, Microsoft 365, and hybrid services. Administer Intune and device lifecycle operations, troubleshoot complex technical issues, coordinate vendors, support ITSM processes, improve monitoring and reliability, develop automation, and assist with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 controls. Collaborate with global IT, Cloud, Security, HR, Facilities, and business teams.
