Design RESTful APIs, integrate AWS services, resolve complex business-logic issues, improve testing and reliability, maintain data integrity, participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews, and mentor junior engineers. The role requires independent technical judgment across modern and legacy enterprise systems, with opportunities to use AI-assisted development tools.

Provide in-person IT support for the Bengaluru office while managing enterprise infrastructure, endpoints, identity, networking, Microsoft 365, and hybrid services. Administer Intune and device lifecycle operations, troubleshoot complex technical issues, coordinate vendors, support ITSM processes, improve monitoring and reliability, develop automation, and assist with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 controls. Collaborate with global IT, Cloud, Security, HR, Facilities, and business teams.

The Manager of PMO will establish and lead a modern PMO across Product and Technology. Responsibilities include standardizing Agile and hybrid delivery processes, overseeing strategic programs and portfolios, managing risks and dependencies, defining delivery and engineering KPIs, building dashboards, optimizing tools such as Jira and Jellyfish, and advising executives and teams on execution, governance, and continuous improvement.

Own reliability for major AWS production domains by defining SLOs, building observability and automation, managing capacity and self-healing, and leading complex incident response. Design Terraform modules and progressive delivery pipelines, operate ECS, EKS, Lambda, and PostgreSQL workloads, and reduce operational toil. Establish security and compliance controls, apply governed AI to operations, mentor SRE engineers, and standardize reliability practices across global teams.

Own the architecture, scalability, governance, and technical direction of Amtech’s cloud data platform, including warehouses, tenant data stores, feature stores, and event pipelines. Lead multi-tenant data architecture, hybrid AI data routing, data security, observability, and reliability standards. Build data foundations for analytics, machine learning, and AI agents, including vector databases and RAG pipelines. Provide technical leadership through design reviews, mentoring, roadmap planning, and cross-functional architecture collaboration.

Configure and support Label Traxx accounting modules for manufacturing customers. Troubleshoot financial reporting, reconciliation, workflow, configuration, integration, and software issues across the ERP, while managing cases through resolution. Support implementations, upgrades, migrations, testing, customer training, and documentation. Partner with Product, Development, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams to resolve issues for customers in North America and Europe.

Provide end-to-end support for the EnCore ERP platform focused on plant-floor workflows, production scheduling, inventory, and order-to-cash. Troubleshoot application, database, and system issues using SQL, logs, and diagnostics; own cases, create KB content, coordinate cross-team escalations, and assist with testing, upgrades, and off-hours incident support for customers in North America and Europe.

Provides end-to-end technical application support for Label Traxx, Batched, and Siteline platforms. Troubleshoots application, database, reporting, integration, Windows server, workflow, and infrastructure issues; investigates logs and queries; supports scheduling, implementations, upgrades, and customer integrations. Creates documentation, escalates defects, validates releases, and partners with product, development, infrastructure, professional services, and customer success teams. Print industry experience is mandatory, with occasional off-hours support for critical incidents and upgrades.

Own quality activities for user stories and small features from requirements through release validation. Partners with customers on business requirements and solution design, contributes to proposals and presales activities, manages delivery risks, develops implementation materials, and mentors peers. The role supports multiple concurrent projects and requires travel of up to 50%.

Design, implement, and operate security controls across cloud, infrastructure, and SaaS. Lead identity, detection, vulnerability, and incident response efforts; automate controls with IaC; support compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001); mentor engineers and drive security architecture and detection engineering.

Lead and execute ERP implementations: gather requirements, configure solutions, document, test, and train users. Partner with customers on solution design, deliver industry-specific knowledge transfer, produce training/materials, support presales, escalate and resolve delivery risks, mentor peers, and travel up to 50% for onsite engagements.

Senior SRE responsible for designing and operating reliable, observable, and secure AWS-hosted multi-tenant SaaS platforms. Build monitoring/alerting, SLO-driven operations, automation via Terraform and CI/CD, operate containerized/serverless workloads, lead incident response and game days, embed security and compliance, integrate AI safely into engineering workflows, and mentor junior SREs.
