As a CX Operations Specialist, you will drive the success of Customer Experience by optimizing resource alignment, managing workflows, and ensuring seamless service delivery across teams while improving operational efficiencies.

Execute and orchestrate scalable, customer-facing community programs end-to-end: manage calendars, speakers, registrations, promotions, and performance tracking. Partner cross-functionally to drive adoption, engagement, and continuous improvement while ensuring quality, timeliness, and global coordination across time zones.
