As a Senior Software Engineer, you will focus on large-scale content processing using AI applications. Your responsibilities include deploying LLM-based solutions, fine-tuning LLMs for data extraction, integrating observability for LLMs, and managing complex document processing pipelines.

The Cloud Support Engineer will resolve customer technical issues in SaaS and private cloud environments, collaborate with teams, and contribute to documentation while advocating for customers' needs.

Build AI-augmented, automated compliance workflows, support AI governance and emerging regulation, and partner cross-functionally to keep controls audit-ready and remediations tracked to closure.

Design, implement, and mature a quantitative-leaning enterprise risk program spanning information security, AI, and operational risk. Own the living risk register, run cross-functional risk identification, leverage AI to monitor and analyze risk, support TPRM, produce executive reporting, and embed risk controls and KRIs into live data sources and workflows.

The Staff Software Engineer will set technical direction, design scalable systems, leverage AI tools, and mentor other engineers while driving cross-team initiatives at AlphaSense.

The role involves architecting reliability solutions, incident management, promoting SRE practices, and mentoring engineers within the Site Reliability Engineering team.
