Review expert call transcripts to identify material nonpublic or confidential information, document violations, escalate issues, conduct research of financial and regulatory filings, manage communications, and maintain accurate process and transcript data while improving operational efficiency.

Conduct due diligence, comparative analysis, and ad hoc reporting for content sources and partnerships. Build dashboards, analyze usage and coverage data, manage content requests in ProductBoard, and provide competitive intelligence for content strategy. Investigate stakeholder inquiries, identify process improvements through gap analysis, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Operations, Revenue, and BI teams to support business cases and operational decisions.

The Content Analyst will expand content offerings, onboard new content, monitor quality, troubleshoot issues, and support client inquiries.

Support expert network compliance operations including onboarding, MNPI risk assessments, pre/live/post-call reviews, monitoring flagged items, documentation, incident tracking, and quarterly reporting. Coordinate with Legal, Product, Customer Ops, and Sales to ensure engagements follow company policies and securities regulations, maintain governance records, and assist with training and testing under senior compliance leadership.

Leads backend and platform engineering teams responsible for API-first product platforms and AI usage metering. Owns hiring, development, delivery, platform reliability, API governance, usage accounting, and operational excellence. Partners with Product, Platform, SRE, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Pricing on roadmaps, entitlements, quotas, billing integrations, and reporting. Guides architecture and technical direction while developing senior engineers and maintaining predictable outcomes across globally distributed teams.

Build and operate a high-performance search platform serving billions of documents and hundreds of queries per second. Responsibilities include scaling distributed systems, migrating legacy architecture with zero downtime, improving monitoring and deployment practices, profiling and optimizing performance, and developing reliable data pipelines and real-time processing systems.

Edit and proofread transcripts from recorded events to ensure verbatim accuracy, correct speaker/product names and numbers, fix grammar/punctuation, apply company formatting standards, and deliver high-quality transcripts within tight deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.

Owns data quality, governance, metadata, taxonomy, and operational excellence across diverse content domains. The role establishes standards, monitors quality metrics, investigates root causes, builds dashboards and documentation, and drives scalable process improvements. It partners with Content Operations, Product, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve systemic issues, support automation, handle customer escalations, and improve datasets for customer and AI use cases.

As a Content Analyst, you'll enhance AlphaSense financial content by evaluating and onboarding new data, monitoring content quality, and supporting content-related inquiries. A background in financial data collection and strong analytical skills is preferred.

Lead test strategy and automation across UI, API, and GraphQL. Build and evolve automation frameworks, integrate AI/LLM evaluation, optimize CI/CD test pipelines, implement performance and monitoring solutions, and mentor QE engineers to embed shift-left quality practices.

Design, implement, and mature a quantitative-leaning enterprise risk program spanning information security, AI, and operational risk. Own the living risk register, run cross-functional risk identification, leverage AI to monitor and analyze risk, support TPRM, produce executive reporting, and embed risk controls and KRIs into live data sources and workflows.
