It partners with Content Operations, Product, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve systemic issues, support automation, handle customer escalations, and improve datasets for customer and AI use cases.

Owns test strategy and coverage across UI, API, and service layers. Designs and maintains automation and performance testing frameworks, leads risk assessments and release validation, performs root-cause analysis, and establishes shift-left quality practices and quality gates. Partners with engineering, product, and platform teams while using AI-assisted tools to accelerate testing and debugging for SaaS and AI/ML-powered products.

Leads backend and platform engineering teams responsible for API-first product platforms and AI usage metering. Owns hiring, development, delivery, platform reliability, API governance, usage accounting, and operational excellence. Partners with Product, Platform, SRE, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Pricing on roadmaps, entitlements, quotas, billing integrations, and reporting. Guides architecture and technical direction while developing senior engineers and maintaining predictable outcomes across globally distributed teams.
