Develop and maintain Allica Bank's Flutter mobile applications, write testable scalable code, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, ensure CI/CD, app security, quality gates, and mobile UI/UX standards.

Lead and improve Technology Operations including Service Desk leadership, macOS/Windows endpoint lifecycle and MDM/UEM administration, JML provisioning/deprovisioning, workplace technology delivery, and automation using scripting and workflow tools to increase efficiency, security and colleague experience.
