The Senior Site Reliability Engineer improves the reliability, scalability, availability, and performance of distributed content delivery systems. Responsibilities include defining SLOs and SLIs, monitoring platforms, debugging incidents, implementing corrective actions, automating operational processes, participating in design reviews, and guiding scalable infrastructure design. The role collaborates with Product and Engineering teams and applies software engineering, systems administration, cloud, DevOps, and SRE practices.

Maintains and supports corporate network infrastructure across global environments. Configures, deploys, monitors, and troubleshoots routers, switches, firewalls, wired and wireless networks, data centers, and related systems. Manages network changes, monitoring, incident prevention, and customer communications. Provides rotating weekend on-call support and serves as the technical point of contact for Bangalore. Requires hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, routing protocols, SD-WAN, network security, and complex networks.
