Owns customer support and services relationships across an aircraft fleet, driving satisfaction, fleet availability, parts performance, logistics KPIs, and issue resolution. Coordinates cross-functional experts, manages customer action plans and support contracts, monitors financial objectives and overdue invoices, analyzes operational performance, and communicates customer needs internally. Requires strong relationship management, communication, reporting, analytical, aerospace, material support, and CRM skills.

Provides engineering support for airline fleets, addressing technical queries, troubleshooting in-service issues, resolving AOG situations, and supporting reliability studies. Manages technical publications, component and system reliability monitoring, operational KPIs, reports, aircraft and engine de-lease activities, and customer deliverables. Collaborates with airline technical services, Airbus functions, and TSP stakeholders while ensuring airworthiness, safety, quality, cost control, and compliance with DGCA, EASA, and FAA requirements.

The role requires overseeing sales strategies and activities for Airbus Helicopters in South Asia, developing leads, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction, while leading campaign teams and driving financial objectives.
