Two-year graduate program supporting Airbus sales and business development activities. Responsibilities include creating client presentations, conducting aviation market and competitor research, monitoring industry trends and regulations, and assisting with financial and operational business models. The role includes rotational placement, professional development, and collaboration with sales teams to evaluate campaigns and regional strategies.

Supports Airbus Flight Hour Services customer operations and transversal projects for airline component and tailored support contracts. Responsibilities include monitoring operational performance, KPIs, service-level compliance, delivery commitments, supply-chain improvement plans, customer satisfaction, retrofit programs, escalations, and transformation governance. The role also contributes operational data to commercial reviews, coordinates with technical and planning teams, and identifies improvement and sales opportunities.

Owns customer support and services relationships across an aircraft fleet, driving satisfaction, fleet availability, parts performance, logistics KPIs, and issue resolution. Coordinates cross-functional experts, manages customer action plans and support contracts, monitors financial objectives and overdue invoices, analyzes operational performance, and communicates customer needs internally. Requires strong relationship management, communication, reporting, analytical, aerospace, material support, and CRM skills.
