Manage construction subcontracting systems and procedures to support project objectives. Coordinate engineering, planning, construction, cost control, commercial, and claims teams; maintain subcontractor performance databases; identify competitive and reliable subcontractors; support proposal activities; and evaluate subcontractor capabilities and performance.

Executes mechanical engineering work packages for EPC and detailed-design projects across oil and gas, energy, refining, and petrochemical sectors. Ensures compliant, high-quality deliverables within schedule, budget, contractual, HSE, and quality requirements. Supports interdisciplinary reviews, technical procurement, vendor document approvals, inspections, site queries, lessons learned, and project execution activities under the direction of the Discipline Lead Engineer.

Lead sourcing and category strategy for equipment/materials across Africa, Middle East and India. Develop 3-year plans, run RFx and supplier selection, negotiate frame contracts, manage supplier relationships and contract implementation, mitigate risks and costs, drive TCO reduction, report savings, and lead a team of category managers to align procurement with business objectives.
