Lead paid acquisition growth using Google Ads and Meta, conduct keyword research, map customer journeys, run experiments and creative tests, analyze user behavior with product analytics (Mixpanel/Amplitude/PostHog), optimize CAC/LTV/ROAS, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale profitable campaigns.

Contribute to research, prototyping, and building computer vision and generative AI models. Develop and evaluate deep learning architectures, handle data preprocessing and augmentation, build reproducible training/inference pipelines with PyTorch or TensorFlow, run experiments, conduct literature reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Own end-to-end analytics and modelling to drive product, growth, and retention. Scope business problems, build and deploy production predictive models, run A/B tests, create dashboards, and communicate findings to stakeholders to inform product and commercial decisions.
