Manages academic center operations, including admissions, revenue monitoring, staff performance, branch readiness, assessments, placements, reporting, office administration, enrollment, batch scheduling, and compliance with HSSC and statutory requirements. Coordinates with assessment and placement teams while mentoring staff and monitoring center targets and progress.

Identify and qualify sales opportunities, generate leads through cold calling and referrals, present healthcare products, customize solutions, negotiate commercial terms, close deals, maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets through new customer acquisition and account growth.

Manage financial planning, reporting, cash flow analysis, budgeting, risk reduction, cost optimization, audits, financing, regulatory compliance, and financial strategy. The role also involves analyzing market and competitor trends, preparing accurate reports, maintaining accounting systems, managing external financial relationships, and supervising staff.
