Provides consultative business and systems integration services, translating client needs into technology solutions. Leads discussions on transformation, customer journeys, functional designs, and application integration. Designs, develops, deploys, monitors, and improves integration solutions using Veeva CRM, APIs, data mapping, transformation, and validation. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, troubleshoots integration issues, contributes to technical problem-solving, and guides junior team members.

Develop and manage laboratory application configurations, including requirements analysis, solution design, workflow configuration, integrations, and release support. Provide hands-on expertise with Chromeleon, OpenLab, and LabX while overseeing a small team. The role includes full-stack development, REST API integration, cloud architecture, database optimization, debugging, performance tuning, security compliance, stakeholder coordination, mentoring, and delivery quality assurance.
