HR Intern supporting recruitment, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, hiring reports, employee records, onboarding and offboarding. The role also assists with training sessions, employee engagement activities, and maintaining confidential HR data. This is a six-month, full-time remote internship with hands-on exposure to recruitment and core HR operations.

Write conversion-focused copy for Meta, Google, Amazon, CRM, and WhatsApp campaigns, including ads, landing pages, emails, banners, carousels, and video scripts. Develop testing variations, collaborate with designers and performance teams, manage deadlines, and participate in client calls. Translate client needs into copy tasks, present concepts, manage feedback, document meeting outcomes, and secure approvals.

Develop and own social media strategies for the agency and client brands. Create content calendars, coordinate video and static content production, collaborate with creators and creative teams, produce SEO-oriented blog content, and analyze social performance. Translate brand goals and briefs into engaging organic social strategies, identify trends, support content creation, and provide weekly and monthly insights to continuously optimize campaigns and audience engagement.
