Innovartan, a Noida-based company offering exam prep solutions, announced a ₹5 crore pre-seed funding round led by investors Gokul Rajaram and Amit Singhal. The company equips schools with tools for incorporating competitive exam prep into curriculums. It hopes to enhance student performance without the need for separate coaching, according to reporting by Informance.
Innovartan’s goal is to revolutionize the education sector. It was founded in 2023 under the belief that highly trained and empowered teachers are essential to helping students understand their potential, according to its website. The company offers the Edvanz Teacher Training Program to provide educators with affordable training, enabling them to upskill and keep up with the modern educational landscape.
The new injection of funding will help Innovartan further its test prep curriculum integration platform to help improve students’ academic outcomes on exams like IIT/JEE, NEET and CUET, CLAT and IPMAT. By giving schools the chance to offer students exam preparation directly, Innovartan aims to lessen the financial strain on families who otherwise may have needed to pay for coaching. It also allows students to learn in local, familiar settings within their communities.
