Perform capacity checks, placement analysis, ad-hoc request resolution, reporting-tool maintenance, and support for capacity models and forecasting. Coordinate with Sales, RevOps, Operations, Sourcing, and Implementation teams, document processes, cross-train teammates, and escalate capacity risks with data-backed recommendations.
