Leads FINREP regulatory reporting data validation and testing across multiple workstreams. Defines test strategies, plans, cases, frameworks, and coverage; manages testing teams; oversees execution, sign-offs, documentation, audit deliverables, and remediation readiness. Partners with business, IT, vendors, and program teams to ensure regulatory and business requirements are met, while reporting progress, risks, issues, and governance outcomes to senior stakeholders.

Deliver data-focused manual UAT for liquidity-related systems: perform SQL-driven reconciliations, validate end-to-end processing across UI, DB and reports, triage defects, prepare audit-ready evidence and UAT summaries, and migrate UAT artefacts from Excel into Jira.

Lead test strategy and execution for a large, multi-market banking program. Define incremental testing approach, UAT/SIT governance, entry/exit criteria, coordinate market test leads, manage defects, and report to senior stakeholders to ensure release readiness.
