職務内容
YCC(Yield Command Center) のミッションは異常品の早期発見、流出防止、早期対策および新規製品早期立ち上げを実現することです。
YCC シフトテクニシャン(Yield/評価ロット 監視＆解析スタッフ)の役割および業務は、Probe/Inline結果の監視、データ解析、ロットの流出防止、関連部門へのフィードバッグ、評価ロット設定レビュー、評価ロットトラブルシューティング、新製品のロットトレースになります。
業務詳細
・評価ロットの事前設定レビューおよびトラブル発生時のシューティング
・評価注目ロットのトレース
・SPCチャートのモニタ
・プローブテスト結果のモニタと異常時のデータ解析
・PFA解析リクエスト
・異常品レポート作成と該当エリアへの連絡
・異常品ロット流出防止
・Yield解析デイリーレポートの作成
・新製品のロット流動計画の作成と実行

Requirements（全て満たしている必要は無い）
・高校卒業以上の学力を有する
・業務に前向きに取り組める
・チームメンバーおよびEngineerと協力して業務を進めることができる方
・コミュニケーション能力(日本語は必須) 引継ぎ、相談、エスカレーションなど
・自己管理(業務、健康)
・簡単なパソコン操作およびMicrosoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint)を使用することができる。
・シフト勤務が可能な方
勤務時間：シフト勤務4勤4休（昼勤→昼勤→夜勤→夜勤→4日間休み→昼勤→昼勤→夜勤→夜勤→4日間休み・・・のサイクルです）
昼勤：8:00～20:15、夜勤：20:00～翌朝8:15
Descriprion
YCC high priority mission is to be able to be early detection and develpment new products.
The role and tasks of YCC shift technician are below.
Key Job functions and responsibilities:
・Pre-setting review of evaluation lots and shooting when trouble occurs
・Tracing of priority evaluation lots
・Monitor SPC chart
・Monitoring probe test results and analyzing data in case of abnormalities
・PFA analysis request
・Creating analysis reports and contacting relevant areas
・Prevention actions for escacpe of product lots
・Report yield analysis daily
・Creating and executing lot flow plans for new products
Requirement
Have a good behavior, and do the best for every work.
Have a skill of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
Have a Japanese communication skill, and do the cooperating and negotiation with other department staff.
Can do the “Reporting”, “Contacting” and “Consulting” exactly.
Can do the self-management for job or health.
Can Work on shift time table.
