We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused Workplace Experience Coordinator to support our growing Bangalore office. This role is central to creating a smooth, welcoming, and well-run in-office experience for both employees and visitors.
You’ll be responsible for managing daily office operations, ensuring the space is well-stocked and functional, and creating a positive environment where employees feel supported and comfortable. From coordinating meals and managing supplies to welcoming guests and onboarding new hires, you’ll play a key role in how our workplace functions day to day.
You’ll also help foster team culture by organizing low-cost, high-impact bonding activities that bring people together without requiring large budgets.
This is a contract, in-office role that requires five days a week onsite.
Manage the office snack and refreshment budget, place orders, oversee stationery and supply inventory, and ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-stocked
Plan weekly lunch and dinner meals, coordinating food orders and ensuring smooth delivery and setup
Generate guest passes, greet visitors upon arrival, and provide helpful information about the office and surrounding area to ensure a positive, professional onsite experience
Welcome new employees with office tours, introduce them to key areas, amenities, and the local neighborhood, and help them feel settled and supported from day one
Help plan and execute low-cost, monthly team bonding activities that strengthen team connection and morale
Serve as a generalist for workplace experience needs across the team, providing ad-hoc support for office-related requests as they arise
Optional but a big plus: Support flight and accommodation bookings for employees traveling between the India and US offices
Prior experience in office operations, workplace experience, administration, hospitality, or a similar role
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment
Friendly, professional, and service-oriented mindset
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
Reliable and proactive with a problem-solving approach
Experience supporting employee travel bookings
Event planning or team engagement experience
Previous experience in a startup or fast-growing environment
