They are seeking a skilled professional to join their team and help shape their digital foundation.

In this pivotal role, the Website Manager will shape the digital foundation of a fast-growing global brand. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate work across Content, Design, Development, SEO, Growth/CRO, Analytics, and QA

- Ensure clear handoffs, timelines, and accountability at each stage of execution

- Identify and resolve blockers, dependencies, and resourcing issues

- Facilitate alignment between stakeholders on scope, priority, timing, and expectations

- Support CRO initiatives including A/B testing, personalization, and experiment QA

- Ensure all changes pass required checks:

- Content QA

- Visual QA

- Technical QA

- Accessibility compliance

- Own post-publish validation and coordinate rollbacks or hotfixes when needed

- Maintain a consistent release cadence and deployment process

CMS & Technical Stewardship (HubSpot)

- Maintain a clean, scalable HubSpot CMS environment, including:

- Page templates

- Modules

- HubDB usage

- Permissions and publishing workflows

- Ensure technical best practices are followed for performance, responsiveness, and maintainability

- Partner with the cybersecurity team to ensure website security, compliance (cookie consent, GDPR), and access hygiene

- Partner with developers on upgrades, fixes, and CMS improvements

Content & Asset Updates

- Implement content and copy updates in partnership with the Content team and subject matter experts

- Coordinate visual asset updates with the Design team

- Monitor pages for outdated content or messaging and trigger refresh cycles as needed

- Maintain long-term website architecture and scalability across services and verticals

SEO Oversight

- Oversee the implementation of SEO updates, with support from an external agency

- Partner with the SEO Specialist and web developer on audits and recommendations

- Ensure site updates do not negatively impact organic search performance

Vendor Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for website-related vendors, including external SEO and CRO agencies

- Coordinate vendor requests by routing action items to the appropriate internal teams and owners

- Ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and timelines, and track vendor-driven work through completion

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

- Maintain website documentation, including:

- Website changelog

- SOPs for updates and QA

- Page inventory and ownership

- Lead retrospectives on major launches or incidents

- Continuously improve workflows, tools, and standards to increase speed and reliability

- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS (or comparable CMS platforms)

- Strong understanding of:

- Website governance and QA processes

- Cross-functional project coordination

- SEO and CRO fundamentals

- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and priorities
